Sunday March 25, 2018, I ate 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and a slice of cookie pie. Monday afternoon, I began to feel lightheaded, dizzy, fatigued, stomach cramps, and very nauseated. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I had loss of appetite and slept. Later, the symptoms progressed to diarrhea and dry mouth. Tuesday, my cousin texted me and asked if I was feeling sick...yes...we all were sick with the same symptoms. We all ate Papa John cookie pie while watching the college games. It's not Wednesday, I still havent been able to eat and having intermittent abdominal cramps and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, Lightheaded
