Pizza Triggers Migraine, Nausea - Papa John's, New York

I ate yesterday afternoon, a hour after eating two slices of pizza I got a migraine and then a stomach ache came one . I started to feel shivers, and felt like throwing up . I had to leave my friends house immediately to go home . I went home and threw up . I tried laying down to sleep the pain off and it was extremely hard to . I eventually fell asleep and my stomach settle but my headache stayed . Today I am having stomach aches again , slight headache still , don't have much of a appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Migraine
