I ordered an extra large original crust pizza yesterday, I and my Mother consumed it. My mother expressed concern to me about the smell and taste of the pizza sauce, and she only wanted "1" piece. I didn't notice a smell, so I ate "4" pieces, both of us were sick all night long with vomiting and stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps
