Last night I ordered the three cheese pizza and the cookie dessert. I woke up today to a burning sensation in my stomach and a headache. Then diarrhea (5 times), fever, and vomited (3 times) as well. I will never eat Papa Johns again. I'm in so much pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever
