I ordered a chicken,bacon, and half pepperoni pizza I knew from the first bite it tasted off but I carried on and ate it anyway thinking it was just the bbq dressing on the bbq pizza after going to sleep I got up for work and was instantly sick and violent diahorea, I’ve been sick all day and can’t keep the smallest amount of food down, my head is banging and my heart rate is through the roof what ever was in that pizza needs to be looked at. I know it was the pizza as I had only Cereal that day as I do everyday. Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache.
