Works Pizza: Cramping, Nausea - Papa John's, Springfield Tennessee

Yesterday evening from here. Me and my husband both are from the same pizza and it was the works. Our kids ate a pepperoni pizza and are fine. I have been cramping all around my abdomen and even around my hips, nausea and vomiting. My husband has just had cramping in abdomen and nausea.
