Ordered over the phone and went and picked up drove 10 min away from store to eat pizza, and about 10 min later started feeling stomach pains and bloating, maybe could have put laxatives in pizza not sure, but made me sick to my stomach, need to get health department there to do a safety report to make sure nothing like that is happening. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Bloating
