Food Safety Report: Papa Johns Pizza, West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN, USA

Papa Johns Pizza, West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN, USA

6415 West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, 46804 Indiana, United States

Got a large pepperoni pizza and I noticed a decent amount of liquid on the crust I assumed it just to be pizza grease but now I'm not sure. The pizza just tasted off, not necessarily bad just off. I ended up throwing it out after a few slices but about 4 hours later I had the most violent vomiting I've ever had in my life. I've been running a fever and have had chills nonstop. Over the course of 3 hours I've had 4 of these vomiting spells. I've eaten at this location many times and never really had a problem until today. Maybe the liquid was just grease but something was very clearly off. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
