I love Papa Murphy's and the people that make my pizza are always incredibly polite and provide great service. I'm only reporting this because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I'm 100% sure that it was probably a bad topping. I don't want anyone to get in trouble for an ingredient that made me sick. Maybe it was the pepperoni, the cheese, the sauce, the dough, or something else on the pizza, I don't know. I do know that I was sick for the last 72 hours, had severe abdominal cramps and bloating, continuous vomiting and diarrhea, and could barely sleep. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
