Undercooked Meats at Resort - Paradisus Punta Cana, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Family of 4, last week of July 2019. Everyone got sick, with my wife and I the worst. I’m on day 6 (and now home) with not much improvement other than I’m no longer throwing up. Food safety was horrible, many meats totally undercooked, eggs runny etc. These people simply are not trained properly. The hotel doctor came to my room and swore he was on top of the food handling, I told him otherwise. Spent half my vacation in our room tied to the toilette.
