We ate the Asian chicken salad and the chicken pad tai. We believe it was the Asian chicken salad, Very bad headaches and belly aches. Fever and chills. We ate lunch there ...around 1:30 PM and we both woke up at 5:00 am this morning running to the bathroom to vomit. We vomited off and on all day. Also we had diarrhea. Our stomachs and heads hurt but as of now no more vomiting | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Chills
