My to go food was prepared with sauces spilled all over the inside of the bag. We had the shrimp teriyaki yesterday at 7 pm with their salad. I woke up with diarrhea and have had violent vomiting since this afternoon. I will never go back and may have to visit ER in the night for dehydration and cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
