We went to Pei Wei for lunch today and immediately I was sick. I have been sick all afternoon feeling weak and diarrhea. We had sweet and sour tofu and veggies. The veggies were almost raw when eating them, the noodles were overcooked, and the taste was off. I didnt eat too much due to finding a hair in my meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Weakness
