I had a pepperoni pizza from this restaurant last night, I started to feel not well about an hour later so I went to bed. I woke up at 11:30pm vomiting and it has been non stop I can’t even keep water down. I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant so this is a concern. I was the only one in my household that is sick and consumed the pepperoni pizza | Symptoms: Vomiting
