Ate Oysters and Beef Carpaccio Tuesday 2/7. Thursday 2/9 became violently ill, fever, stomach pains, swelling and with cluster vomiting. Based on the group we were with seems the above 2 items were the common denominator. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Swelling

I feel bad for the poster but isn’t beef carpaccio essentially raw beef? Sounds like they got salmonella poisoning. I think eating raw beef and oysters is just a bad bad idea. I hope they’re okay.
