My husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and I had dinner at Perry’s on 5/14/2025. My husband and mother-in-law both had the lobster bisque, the rest of us didn’t. We all had steak and shared the sides on the table. That night after returning home, my husband’s face swelled up 3 times its normal size, he had difficultly breathing and swallowing, so I took him to the ER. They said he had cellulitis and sent us to see an ENT the next day. Before going to the ENT appointment, he started to break out in an itchy rash. His mom called 10 minutes before our appointment and asked if any of us were having any digestive issues because she had been experiencing diarrhea since we left the restaurant. We went to the ENT appointment and they determined it was not cellulitis, but there was no real idea about what was happening. His face finally started to go down. On the night of the 15th, he woke me up and took his shirt off. He had a severe rash all over his back, neck, and arms. The welts were so bad on his back that you couldn’t tell where one started and the other stopped. His face also started to swell again. He also has chills, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. We think, there was something wrong with the lobster bisque. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Other, Swelling, Shortness of Breath
