Lettuce Wraps Cause Illness - Nuts,

My friend and I ate at PF changs for my going away party. We both had the lettuce wraps and I had Mongolian beef and she had almond chicken. About 4 hours later, on my drive home I started having terrible stomach cramps and didn't think I was going to make it home. It's an hour and a half drive. Then I was very sick with vomiting and diahrrhea the rest of the night. It was miserable. I will never eat at pf changs again.
