Friday, February 24 on a flight back to Honolulu from the Philippines, Flight PR 100
I believe it was from one or both of the sandwiches that I was given to eat during the flight. Thankfully I didn't feel sick until after I landed and reached home. Got headaches, chills in addition to the diarrhea. Still feel sick three days after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Chills, Fatigue
