My fiance, our son and I went to Pho Bac to have dinner around 6-6:30. I ordered the Bo Luc Lac (Shaky beef with onions and peppers). My fiance ordered chripy pork and pho for our son. After we got home, I started feeling funny in my stomach, my fiance felt a little unusual in her tummy too. So about an hour and half later, I got worse, I started throwing up few times, then followed by severe stomach ache and diarrhea, chills, dizziness, feverish, lightheadedness. My fiance suggested that we need to go to ER or Urgent care. So before 10 PM, we ended up at Patient First and we were there until close to midnight. They did some blood work, my white blood cells count went up and I was dehydrated (They got me an IV fluids). Day two now and I am feeling really weak, stomach aches, still lightheaded now and then and still feverish. We went for a follow up check up and they asked me for a stool sample for a stool test. Doctor last night said that they had the same care last week and the person said the last food eaten was also at Pho Bac in Chantilly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
