Pho Illness: Freshness Concerns - Pho Dakao, Smyrna Georgia

Hello,
I went to eat chicken pho(Vietnamese noodles) at Pho Dakao in Atlanta Georgia. 4 hours later I have 103 temperature, vomiting, diharrea, headache,and unbearable stomach pain. I did think the food looked like it had been sitting out and it was not fresh. I wanted to send a complaint so they will serve fresh cooked meat.
