My friend and I shared shrimp spring rolls, he had the Shrimp noodles, and I had beef pho.. We felt sick at the same time a few hours later. I started with a headache, stomach pain, and nausea. My friend and I both had diarrhea multiple times all evening and the entire next day (today.) I went to sleep last night with chills, wrapped under blankets with a scarf, winter hat, sweater, and the space heater on. Day 5 after exposure update: bloody diarrhea is a new symptom. Accompanied by continuous severe cramps and pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloody Stool
