11/14/2021, Asian Chicken Salad I at the salad at 7 PM on Sunday night, then I had sever diarrhea by 2 AM. That continues to this day (Thursday,) but I also developed a high fever and a fever rash. My stomach is still sore and sensitive.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Soreness, Stomach Pain
