My best friend and I both had the grilled veganezze (vegan grilled cheese) sandwich at around 2:45pm on Friday January 8th then we’re both ragingly ill by the evening. We’ve both been sick since, not able to hold down any food for longer than a couple hours. We suspect it may be from ecoli contaminated greens in the sandwich.
