Pita Bread Causes Illness - Pita bread cedar bakery brand, Mississauga Ontario

I bought pita bread a month ago(cedar bakery brand) and was eating it every day or every second day for about a two weeks. Each time I woke up with nausea, cramps and diarrhea or loose stools. It only stopped when the pita bread was done however I didn’t realize it at the time because I grew up eating pita with not a single issue. Ever. Tonight I bought a package but complained to staff there that there is no expiry date and it feels stale. They said they only get one delivery every week or so now and if I’m not comfortable with no expiry date, I don’t have to buy it. I bought it because there’s no place else at this time for convenience. Ate one about two hours ago and I’m already cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
