Ordered two pizzas, one was a combo and the other was and all meat pizza, had two slices of both, got diarrhea real quick. Had to be this as I didn't eat anything since the night before. Didn't think anything of it, but had some more the next day, got sick again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
