Had a medium half pepperoni pizza. A little while later I felt nauseous, some time after I vomited. As I rested for a little , my youngest child also vomited. Then in the middle of the night my oldest started vomiting and having diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
