Pizza (toppings cheese, pepperoni, ham),I went at 6pm on Sunday evening (yesterday), I had dough balls with garlic butter to start and a pepperoni and ham pizza. I didn't finish the pizza as I started to feel a bit funky but thought I'd overate so boxed up my last two slices. It felt like I had trapped wind as my stomach was really uncomfy that eve but I went to bed and was fine until around 4am, woke up with stomach cramps. Went to the toilet and had watery diarrhoea and was vomiting at the same time. I feel like I have a fever as feel very shivery and have a continual nausea feeling. Took my temp and it's 37.7°c which is high for me. Hoping this clears up over the next day | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
