Family Ill After Pizza Meal - Pizza Hut, Indianapolis Indiana

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Not sure if the specific ingredients or meat selection which made us all sick but I’m certain it was this location as it was the only meal that we shared on 12/20/2022, and four(4) of us or our entire house was made I’ll after eating the meal.
Onset: Within a 5 hours for my wife and roughly 7 hours for myself and my two sons.
Duration: It’s been about 12 since we ate the food and everyone is still experiencing varying levels of Illness
Additional information: The pain we are experiencing is continual and at times intense. We will likely visit the ER if necessary. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
