Ordered the pasta with meaty marinara sauce. Had eaten about 1/4 of it, when I got a bite of meat that tasted "metallic". Tried another small bite and decided I wasn't eating more. A few hours later I was miserable. I should have known better...the place was a dump. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
