Pizza Hut
Ordered medium pep, sausage and ham pizza, within 6 hours, began experiencing severe symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, severe muscle fatigue, abdominal pain and a 101 fever. It was the only thing I ate that day and I haven't been able to eat since.
