ate a large pepperoni thin crust pizza at around 7pm. by 1:30 AM i was experiencing painful explosive diarrhea, feeling like i was going to puke and a high fever or around 105. me and a friend shared this pizza and we were both severely affected. we have no health insurance. so was financially unable to see a doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
