Ordered a beef and pepperoni pizza for myself. The beef tasted weird so I only had two slices. Started having a headache and stomach pains after and I could barely eat. Next day I had terrible stomach ache and diarrhea. Thought it was food poisoning. Have been sick for two weeks finally went to urgent care. Doctor said it's e. coli | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain
