I ate around 3PM today a pretzel crust cheese pan pizza and that’s all I ate that day. I began having a stomach ache and headache around 12am and then began throwing up around 3:30AM and continued to throw up till 5AM. I also have school so woohoo | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
