Ordered delivery of pepperoni pizza, chicken strips and cheese triangles. Only had 1 chicken strip but lots of pizza. Shared with daughter. Within an hour daughter had belly ache. Within 2 hours I had severe stomach pains followed by the worst diarrhoea I’ve ever had and then vomiting too. Had many repeated episodes during night. Next morning still having stomach pains and diarrhoea had to stay off work. Also had terrible headache the next morning. Daughter (who didn’t eat as much as me) just had belly ache and diarrhoea.
