Pizza Melt Illness Report - Pizza Hut, Deer Park Washington

Usually we go here and are fine. Not last night. My husband and I both ordered a pizza melt and cheese sticks. One bite into the melt I had chicken bacon ranch, it tasted off.. I ignored it like an idiot and thought it was a fatty piece of chicken and swallowed

Ate the rest. We both have diarrhea and nausea within 30 min to an hour of eating

We ate nothing else today so I know it’s from that. I get intense anxiety when I feel sick…ugh I probably won’t go back, it’s now morning and after all night of intense nausea trying not to blow chunks, we both got up all through the night rushing to the toilet. It’s now morning and I’m still feelin in. I get food poisoning once and it ruins the trust and experience my brain won’t let me go back. Not sure what was up last night but | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
