Sunday November 13, around 1:30pm, was with my dad, stepmom and boyfriend. dad offered to take us out for food , when we got to the pizza hut in liberty ky I ordered spaghetti, one of my favorite foods. after we ate my boyfriend and I went back to my house I started feeling tired at about 2:30 so me and my boyfriend fell asleep. at about 8pm my boyfriend went home and my parents came back. soon after my boyfriend left I felt nausea and threw up, my stomach was in serious pain. I had loss of appetite, a low fever and abdominal pain, along with diarrhea. its been two days and im still sick with abdominal pain and diarrhea and loss of appetite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
