Pizza or chicken from there  Nausea diarrhea un control bowl movements myself right after I consumed my dinner 
Last night I had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza n 2 med Buffalo bone out chicken and a bottle water. Immediately after my consumption of my dinner I became very nauseous n had to run to the camode I have been having very frequent bowl movement still, it’s been beyond 12 hours I was going to go get some Pepto-Bismol but had to cancel due to bowl movement and unable to control my release. That was the only food I had since I am un able to relocate my position. I am seeking medical attention n will have to call out work due to my embarrassing situation I won’t make it down stairs where the men’s room is located. I’ve never had anything like this n I’ve called the nurse hotline she replied to stay hydrated preferably pedilite. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
