My entire family got sick from eating pizza last week. We all vomited, has diarrhea, headaches, and stomach pain. My baby sister even had nose bleeds after eating the pizza. It went away the next day, but it’s still strange! We are a family of 7. We ordered pepperoni pizza and Hawaiian pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
