I had a small bag of doritos, Sriracha flavored before bed. . I woke up and I could just feel that I needed to vomit immediately. When I threw up it was all doritos. Very miserable.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My entire family got sick from eating pizza last week. We all vomited, has diarrhea, headaches, and stomach pain. My baby sister even had nose bleeds after eating the pizza. It went away the next day, but it’s still strange! We are a family of 7. We ordered pepperoni pizza and Hawaiian pizza.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I got a steak and cheese with extra steak and cheese and later on that night I felt like I was dying from puking and I went to the Er in so much pain and they told me that it was from food poisoning from this restaurant.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I got a small Butterfinger and Peanut buttercustard concrete. About 3 hours later I had horrible cramps and diarrhea. I've gotten the same order before and been okay but not this time. Cramps and diarrhea have persisted 5hours after consuming  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
