Two personal pan pizzas (mushrooms & green peppers for my wife, and a pepperoni and meat for me) as a "We Didn't Take Anything Out For Dinner" emergency meal. While the pepperoni and mushrooms tasted off, we didn't think about contacting the restaurant about the odd taste of the toppings.Well, we regarded it as since the early hours of the morning, my wife has been going to the bathroom off and on with vomiting and diarrhea, and the only symptoms I am having are a headache and some nausea that comes and goes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
