Ordered pizza Friday night (13.12.24) which was a large 4 toppings of my choice (sweetcorn, mushroom, peppers & red onion). In the morning (14.12.24) I was violently sick multiple times and also had diarrhoea multiple times. My head was pounding and I couldn’t leave my bed for at least 12 hours. I still feel awful today (15.12.24)- I have stopped being sick now but I still have diarrhea and a bad headache and chills. I haven’t eaten anything since the pizza on Friday evening. I have never felt so ill in all my life. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut Station Road again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
