Hawaiian Pizza Mystery Illness - Pizza Hut, West England

Good morning,

I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza for delivery. I received it on time and was satisfied.

Later in the night I experienced bad cramping, diarrhoea and excessive vomiting. The pizza seemed to have something sprinkled all over the base of the crust that I was unable to identify.

I have been sick with vomiting and diarrhoea and general fatigue and weakness since. The episodes happened three times so far. I am hoping to get some ease soon.

I would like the substance on the pizza to be identified and I’d also like a refund of my money as there is obviously something wrong with it.

Please note the pizza was the only thing I ate two to three hours prior to the onset of the illness.

I have since gone to the hospital and Pizza Hut is still not able to give me any word | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Weakness, Fatigue
