Suspected source: Kool-aid unsweetened drink mix Berry cherry
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: other: 9 hours so far, drinking water to flush it our of my system

I had food in the cafe inside Marks, and after few hours, I have started to feel cramps all around my stomach.
After the diarrhoea started, and finally I have been vomiting for few hours, with a lit of cramps.
I had their seafood selection, maybe that was the issue.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
