I ordered a bbq chicken pizza. Maybe the chicken was undercooked but I woke up super sick (I had the pizza at dinner) and with a really bad headache and after feeling super nauseous for four hours, I finally threw up and started to feel better. But it sounds like food poisoning to me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
