I ordered a larger pepperoni pizza and larger chicken pizza from Pizza Hut in Pickens Sc. I purchased the pizza around 5:30pm on 11-9-17. My entire family had ate the pizza. Around midnight my brother was first to wake up vomiting. My sister and boyfriend both had woken up throwing up around 3am 11-10-17. I also had severe stomach pain and nausea. My children school called me around 1:30pm 11-10-17 and asked me to pick up my son. He had started vomiting and had a small fever of 99.8. Everyone in my house was fine up until after we had eaten from pizzahut. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
