I went into pizza pizza with my friend and my fiancé, we ordered 20 chicken bites and a sm. Cheese pizza. Only my friend and I ate the food. About 12 hours later I was sick, throwing up, chills, fever. Followed by diarrhea. I thought I picked up a Virus, I couldn't understand why I was sick and not my fiance tho. So I text my friend, who also ate the food, and she had the exact symptoms I did. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
