Salad bar was looking “off” today (1/7/24) around 1200 noon. 4 adults consumed same meals (pizza, chicken, cookie dessert, fountain soda). 1 adult also had a single cucumber slice and 2-3 tablespoons cottage cheese. Female adult that consumed the cucumber and cottage cheese became violently ill approx 6pm this evening. No other foods were consumed prior to, or after, the meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
