Ate a few slices of a large cheese pizza 7/2/18 in the evening. I woke up around 1:30 am with severe diarrhea and vomiting. I wasn't 100% sure it was the pizza until I ate 2 more slices for lunch on 7/3/18. A couple hours later I had stomach pain and I vomited very hard. I felt horrible. It's definitely the pizza! I saved the last few slices of anyone wants to test it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
