Got a combination plate with a chile, enchilada, taco, and tamale last Saturday (8/12/23) and for two days I couldn’t leave the bathroom. After finally being able to hold down fluid, I still barely able to keep food down as of 8/17/2023. I’m sure that my case originated at the plaza as the only other thing I ate that day was a sandwich prepared at home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
