Around 10 pm last night I ate about 1 tablespoons after allowing it to soften for about 30 minutes. I woke this morning to terrible nausea, dizziness, and excessive soft not watery bowl movements. After evacuation the nausea diminished but the dizziness persists. This is the only out of the ordinary food I consumed and everything else I ate has also been consumed within the past week and consumed by others in my household.
